"We invite you to sail the beautiful Murray River with us to see Prince
Edward Islands largest seal colony. Our tours depart from the fishing
village of Murray River (see map and driving distances). While sailing to
the seal colony you will see mussel (shellfish) farmers working the waters
of this nutrient rich estuary, you will also see other types of wildlife,
such as blue herons, eagles, falcons and of course seals.
Marine Adventures seal watching is an entertaining and educational
experience for people of all ages. Our two hour tour will take you down the
calm and beautiful Murray River, past fishing ports and mussel farms, to the
Murray Islands, home to hundreds of seals and a wildlife sanctuary. The
seven mile sail is fully narrated and on the return trip we invite everyone
to take a turn piloting the tour boat. Make sure you bring your camera.

Sailing tours are conducted on our Transport Canada inspected and
licensed vessel. Our tours never leave the safety and calm waters of Murray
River assuring you of "smooth sailing" and eliminating the possibility of
anyone becoming "sea sick".
Our seal tours are an absolute must for visitors and locals alike. Tour
times and costs are located below as are driving distances. Our tours are
wonderful anytime of day, rain or shine. Reservations are recommended as
spaces can be limited.
Marine Adventures is located on Route 4 in Murray River, our office is
located at the fishing wharf in the centre of the village. We invite you to
arrive early to visit our art and photo gallery, featuring artists and
images from this area. While in Murray River we also recommend you visit
the other shops located in our village, The Old General Store and the Magic
Dragon. If golf is also part of your holiday we suggest that you play a
round of golf at the beautiful Eagles View golf course, located 1/4 of a
mile from our location (visit our package section for bonus savings).
